Terms of Service – Flexoplanet

By purchasing from Flexoplanet, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Pre-Order Policy
All Flexoplanet products are sold as pre-orders unless otherwise stated. Each item is made to order.

Production for hoodie and pants sets may take up to 7 weeks (49 days) before shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this production timeframe.

2. Shipping
Once production is complete, orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

Flexoplanet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled because production begins shortly after.

4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of pre-order items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact Flexoplanet within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue.

5. Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information before purchasing. Flexoplanet is not responsible for incorrect size selection.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content associated with Flexoplanet are the intellectual property of Flexoplanet and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Flexoplanet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
