Refund Policy – Flexoplanet

All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos or video). We will review the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.

Flexoplanet is not responsible for:
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
• Shipping delays caused by the courier
