Shipping Policy (AFTER PRODUCTION TIME) – Flexoplanet

Once production is completed, orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

Flexoplanet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

Pre-Order Policy – Flexoplanet

At Flexoplanet, some items are sold as pre-orders. This allows us to produce limited quantities and maintain quality.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All Flexoplanet hoodie and pants sets are made-to-order.

• Production time may take up to 6–8 weeks (approximately 49 days) before shipping.

• Production times may vary depending on demand, manufacturing schedules, and shipping logistics.

• If multiple items are ordered together, the entire order will ship once all items are completed.

• Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
